Meet the Founder

Hello there,

​

I’m Afua.

A UK‑trained Specialist Audiologist with advanced qualifications from the University of Southampton and UCL. I’m fully HCPC‑registered and AHCS‑accredited.

 

My clinical work includes comprehensive hearing assessments, hearing‑aid fittings, and safe ear‑health and wax‑management care for both adults and children.

 

Alongside clinical practice, I deliver communication‑skills workshops and sensory‑awareness training for organisations and teams in Ghana. I’ve also delivered talks and offered individual coaching sessions on professional development in the UK, particularly supporting individuals from minority backgrounds to strengthen their confidence and engage in purposeful planning.

 

My work in hearing health has been featured on BBC Radio, national radio in Ghana, and in a UEA documentary. I also support schools and communities in Ghana by voluntarily providing sensory support for students, communication training, and hearing‑health outreach programmes — bringing together clinical expertise and a heart for meaningful impact.
